About Sochealthnz-list
|
|
Hi
Thank you for subscribing to the New Zealand mailing list for people
interested in the Sociology of Health and Illness. The idea of this list
came out of the Sociology Conference at Massey University in November 1994.
At that conference there was a special health and illness interest stream
and it was thought that the attendees might like to keep in touch with each
other and invite like-minded individals to join us. So WELCOME!
It would be a nice idea to introduce ourselves to each other as we join up,
so you might like to send your first message to the list right now.
Include the name that you like to be called, where you work and your field
of interest for a start.
After that the list can be used to keep in touch and to share information
about acticities like seminars, visiting speakers, recommended publications
that you come across etc.
