Kia ora social anth postgrads, I just came across this "Writing Day" sponsored by GRS - a day of getting together to write, in person, for MA and PhD students only (sorry to our 4th years!) Overview: Looking for an opportunity to write, write, write among a group of like-minded peers? The Graduate Research School offers regular writing days to research Master's and Doctoral candidates where you can come together in a quiet space for uninterrupted writing time. We provide the venue, catered breaks, and drinks. You need to bring a device to write on and the determination to get some writing done! Writing Day spaces are limited and very popular - full-time candidates must be able to commit to the full day. If you are a part-time candidate, you are also welcome to attend but please let us know in advance if you need to arrive late or leave early.
