Here, Graduate, Master’s & PhD students share details surrounding their current research journeys, and provide a bit of an insight into the realities of doing Anthropology in Aotearoa, highlighting the unique student experience. In addition, we will be introducing a Rangahau Māori Profiles blog that operates similarly to Graduate Stories, and is a space especially for tāngata Māori and rangahau Māori to be shared with the wider community. Here, we are also looking to have profiles including some well-established Māori anthropologists throughout the country – if you have any recommendations, or Māori anthropologists you would like to see, īmēra mai! The Process: * If you are interested in sharing your research, please email either Sophie (gainsfsoph@myvuw.ac.nz<mailto:gainsfsoph@myvuw.ac.nz>) if you would like to post to Graduate Stories, or Mona (mona.wareka@gmail.com<mailto:mona.wareka@gmail.com>) if you would like to post to Rangahau Māori Profiles; * Sophie or Mona will get back in touch with a questionnaire for you to fill out; * Fill out the questionnaire and send back to Mona or Sophie, with any accompanying images, media or materials you would like to have with your post; * Your post will be uploaded to the ASAANZ website, and you will get an email once it is available for you to view. :) We look forward to hearing from you, Ngā mihi maioha, Nā Sophie (Postgraduate Student Representative) & Mona (Māori Representative) on behalf of the ASAA/NZ Board.
