Please note the set-up and pack down information and coordinate as needed, let me know if you can help set up/pack down as I will be unavailable 😊 __________ Refreshments Each expo will have a nearby refreshment station where staff can take a short break and grab a tea or coffee: * Otago Business School – under the stairs * The Link & Central Library – ISB Presentation Space (eastern side of the main AskOtago entrance) A pink health & safety briefing sheet will be at each refreshment station. Please familiarise yourself with emergency exits and assembly points. Set-up and pack-down Set up: Saturday 2 May after 2pm, or Sunday morning before 10am. Pack down: After 2pm Monday (by 3pm). Please make sure your space is ready before the expo opens each day. If however, you wish to give some away, then only merchandise with the University of Otago master brand is permitted.
