CGR-list: Plasmid tags and antibodies

Hi,

I am interested to know if anyone has any experience with plasmids with 
small tags, such as HA, His or Flag and their respective antibodies?  We 
are looking at cloning a gene (YB1) into one of these plasmids and would 
like to know if anyone has experienced any cross-reactivity with human 
or other mammalian cells from the antibodies, or if anyone has some of 
the antibodies and would be willing for us to use a small amount for 
testing on our cell culture system.
