Hi Everyone,
We are trying to clone a plasmid which is around 15kbp. I was
wondering if anyone might have E. coli stains suitable for large
plasmid cloning, such as the NEB 10-beta strain, which is a derivative
of DH10B. I don't know much about this, but perhaps someone else has
been doing this type of work, or dealing with BACs or cosmids - and
may be able to help us.
Any suggestions much appreciated,
Merilyn.
