CGR-list: Reporter assays

Hi Everyone,

We would like to do some reporter assays and were considering using  
the Dual-Glo kit from Promega but it is over $500 for 100 tests.  I  
have found another company that markets a similar product for around  
half the price.  The company is Biotium and the product is a Firefly  
& Renilla Luciferase Assay Kit (30005-1).  I was wondering if anyone  
has had any experience of this company and/or kit or if anyone uses  
any other equivalent kit from an alternative supplier to Promega that  
is more reasonably priced?
