Does anyone have components of, or experience with, the Invitrogen
tet inducible expression system, Flp-In T-Rex?

Invitrogen produce a set of premade cell lines carrying the FRT
integration site and expressing the tet repressor. The lines are
called Flp-In T-Rex and have ben established in 293, HeLa, CHO, and
Jurkat cells. Does anyone have one of these?

The other components of the system are the inducible expression
vector, pcDNA5/FRT/TO and the source of the Flp recombinase, pOG44.

It would be great to hear from someone with any of these (happy to
share costs) or with experience of this system.

Thanks,
Andy
