The "candidanews" mailing list

This information describes the candidanews mailing list and explains how to use it.

The candidanews mailing list provides a way of keeping in touch with other people involved in Candida research. Email messages sent to the candidanews mailing list by individual subscribers are distributed by the list server to all the list subscribers (currently over 350). The purpose of the mailing list is to disseminate news and views on Candida research to those in the field. The list is intended primarily for academics, researchers, students and clinicians. The email list does not discuss disease symptoms or treatments. We encourage people to send messages to the list concerning information of interest to Candida researchers, announcements of upcoming conferences, research position vacancies, and any questions they think other list subscribers might be able to answer.

People are encouraged to send responses to candidanews emails to the list (candidanews@lists.otago.ac.nz) as in this way all subscribers benefit from answers to questions.
