CITSP - The Discussion List!! ============================== This list is a partner to citsp and is intended for discussion topics. It was found that some messages (e.g., service announcements) got lost in the spirited discussion on some topics (!) so this list was formed. The purpose of the CITSP is for (Otago University) IT support staff to have a forum for communication - a place to exchange ideas, seek/pass on information, discuss IT issues, network with others in the same role, etc. These email lists are one way of helping these things happen. The address to send messages to is: citsp-discuss@lists.otago.ac.nz Some info about the list: * the default address for replying to this list **IS THE LIST** - not the sender of the message. The default reply address for citsp will be the sender. * it is not moderated, but only list members can send email to the list. * the list manager is Nicola Walmsley (nicola.walmsley@otago.ac.nz). * subscription requests are managed by the list owner. * it is not digested or archived. Using Citsp-discuss
To post a message to all the list members, send email to citsp-discuss@lists.otago.ac.nz. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Citsp-discuss
Subscribe to Citsp-discuss by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
